Most of our hosting are sold to resellers who turn sold to end users. We do not maintain any contact with end users and do not accept any transfer of accounts from end users to us directly bypassing our resellers. But there is a big trend nowadays of disappearing resellers. Resellers and their companies can disappear leaving their customers, our end users stranded. For those resellers that we confirm totally disappear, we normally take over the support from there. But we found quite a few frustrating cases today. The resellers register the domain names in their names rather than in the names of their customers. Meaning that the resellers are rightful owners of the domain names. When they disappear, the domain names are extremely difficult or near impossible to retrieve back as the registrars consider the rightful owner as the disappeared resellers. I found that those resellers who are facing difficulties and are closing down, be more responsible to your customers, hand them their domains and maybe burn a CD of their web site content. Do not disappear and leave your customers in the lurch. This is extremely irresponsible. If you are at wits ends, look for us, we can find a solution together, economy is bad does not mean that your ethics becomes bad with it. Even if the sky is to fall down, at least maintain our dignity and ethics!

Lets help each other survive and prosper. There is a Chinese saying, for the Big Red Sedan, it is Man carrying Man, lets carry each other to greater heights! Not step on each other to achieve greater heights!
