This is an area where we are not looking for the cheapest but the best – the most reliable and the most responsive. We are lucky to have found WebNic.CC one of the few Asian ICANN members. To be frank, initially we were skeptical, all the major ICANN registrars are either USA based or European based. We were doubtful that an Asian based especially in South East Asia can penetrate this extremely competitive market.
We still went with them because we feel their sincerity and willingness to go the extra mile for their clients. We had no regretted it ever since. They are of one the very few registrars where you have a human answering you and helping you through any problems rather than a phone recording with Option 1 to Infinity, by the time you finished pressing the choices, you would probably be banging your head against the wall.
WebNic has a personalized touch that is well augmented by an good automated system which makes registrations fast and effective. Coupled with their ever willingness to listen to feedback and not just listen but implement those they considered essential, it is one of the few companies we strongly recommend. As a company we do not recommend companies out of no where, because if there is any problem with our recommendations, our reputation is at stake.
Another great advantage of being with them is their ever increasing portfolio of Domain Name Extensions especially targeted towards the Asian market. It is a great pleasure and convenience to work with a domain registrar that can registrar such a large variety of Asian domain names given that we are an Asian Hosting company. Few other registrars catered so effectively to Asian Hosting companies as they do.
