He left and we helped him with the migration and ironed out the issues involved in them.   He was quite apologetic.   But we told him this is part and parcel of business.   No hosting company can please all clients, that hosting company managed to satisfy him with their packages and so be it.  Nothing to be apologetic about.  The best thing is that we parted nicely.  We had seen horrible quarrels between clients and hosting companies.  We do not want such things in our company.   One important thing which we keep stressing is to come happily and to leave happily.
