We have a client who was with us for the last 3 years. But he left us as he was attracted to those gigabytes offering by another host. I explained to him the economics and rational of us not matching what the other host is giving him. But he is too tempted by the huge space and the cheap pricing. We had no choice but to see him leave as we really can’t cut our prices, given that costs actually increased about 400% in a year. We need to maintain the pricing to provide a decent services and to ensure that our business can be sustained.

He left and we helped him with the migration and ironed out the issues involved in them. He was quite apologetic. But we told him this is part and parcel of business. No hosting company can please all clients, that hosting company managed to satisfy him with their packages and so be it. Nothing to be apologetic about. The best thing is that we parted nicely. We had seen horrible quarrels between clients and hosting companies. We do not want such things in our company. One important thing which we keep stressing is to come happily and to leave happily.
