An Extremely Willing to Pay Customer
Wednesday, August 26th, 2009We have a new customer or rather a potential new customer who is extremely keen to pay up. After signing up for the most expensive dedicated server package, he was extremely anxious to pay immediately. Keep sending us email after email requesting to pay via credit card or paypal.
Our company do not have the bad habit of rejecting money. However we have even a worse habit of not willing to cough out money especially when the payment was fraud. Therefore we did request to have a phone call and a nice chat with him. This was immediately rejected and the customer disappeared. We were quite disappointed. Our sales do have nice voices and speak decent English. I guess some customers are just a tad too shy.
