• No power interruption to all 1-Net services during the maintenance window.

Activities to be performed during service disruption:

• As part of the requirement for the proper functioning of the electrical supply to the building, the Landlord is carrying out this exercise annually to conduct maintenance and servicing for their critical electrical HT & LT components such as transformers, switchgears and switchboards.

• 1-Net Data Centre is equipped with high resilient power infrastructure, UPS and standby generators will cut in automatically to supply the backup power to all critical IT equipment in seamless transitions.

• In conjunction with the building power shutdown, 1-Net will take this opportunity to carry out maintenance and servicing for the de-energized main switchboards. Activities involved will be cable terminals tightening and Infra-Red Thermal scanning.

• During the building power maintenance window, continuous refuelling for the backup generators will be carried out to ensure no service interruption to the backup generators.

• CRAC and UPS vendors and 1-Net Facilities Management team will be standing by onsite to ensure the mission critical facility equipments are intact. Equipment spare parts will be deployed to site as precautionary measures.

• Regular site patrolling and facility equipment condition assessment will be carried out in hourly basis throughout the maintenance window. Repairs and fault rectifications will be carried out immediately with all available resources.
