			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For Chinese New Year, for at least two weeks, it will be quiet everywhere.  Economic activities normally resume after that.   Everyone seems to be out.   The foreign workers will go back home, Singaporeans will be on overseas holidays and everywhere will be quiet. </p>
<p>For us, the technicians will suffer.   Reason being, it is at Chinese New Year extended holidays where it is best to maintain our network equipment and so on.   Therefore definitely no break for them all!   Instead extremely busy.   But we do prepare the parts in advance as the distributors and shops will be closed.   A lot of parts come from China, that&#8217;s why even if they open they will have problems securing the parts until China side finishes their holidays.</p>
