Collecting payment for anything isn’t simple, especially for web hosting as it is a service. A lot of time, the clients disappeared or that the clients said they cancelled and are no longer using your services and refused to pay. This strikes me strange as we have on our contract that if you are terminating, do send us a termination letter. Even that the client refused to do and also refused to pay.

We also have clients who used as long as they can, though they receive our constant reminders they just ignore that. Until when we give them a deadline to off their server, then they will merrily shift to another hosting company leaving the bill unpaid.

Thankfully all the above examples arent’ the regular clients, they are the exception rather than the norm. But hopefully we will get less and less of such exceptions.
