Colocation prices never seemed to drop when the economy is down but seemed to be heading North when even a few tiny green shoots appear. It is a trying experience trying to balance costs with lowering prices.

We can see that the prices are getting lower, yet the Colocation costs keep increasing making it an extremely difficult business to be in. We do not know how to give unlimited bandwidth when the wholesale price of pure Internet bandwidth in Singapore is higher than S$300/mth per mbps.

There is massive overselling, it is a pity that a lot of customers still do not see the danger of overselling. Instead they are opting for the cheapest package possible.
