			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Had a distress call from a friend using our web hosting services.  He fired an employee and after that found that all his emails cannot be login and all his web pages disappear.</p>
<p>I started tracing and found out that immediately after the firing there was a login to the system to delete every single file of my friend&#8217;s web site.   The person deleted or tried to delete everything.   Thankfully all was logged and also we did have backup.</p>
<p>We had to activate our system emergency backup to get his files back.   This really makes me think where are the basic ethics and morals that we had.   Such things are clearly illegal.  If you are fired and you feel that you are wrongly fired, there are avenues for you to pursue.  Doing what he is doing is a crime and is clearly unethical.   What&#8217;s more, in this industry we heard of much worse things that had happened&#8230;&#8230;</p>
