Dot CN Registration Updates
Wednesday, January 6th, 2010We have just been notified by .CN Registry (CNNIC) that effectively from 6 January 2010, 1800 hours GMT +0800, no overseas application for .cn will be accepted until further notice from the registry.
Thus, WebNIC will not be accepting any new .cn domains registration application after the above mentioned date and time.
Please note that this changes only apply to NEW .CN registrations. Partners can still manage their existing .CN domains via the partner central. Renewal and registrar transfer request are not affected.
We will continue to update you when we receive new information from CNNIC.
