Effects of the Global Slow Down on Singapore Web Hosting
Friday, March 6th, 2009We expected that we will be hit by the global slowdown and we are kind of prepared for it. But businesses in Asia is still fine, the issues seem to lie with our customer base in USA. We do see a much larger cancellation rate in USA versus everywhere else.
Some of the clients are with us for more than 8 years. We weathered a lot of slowdowns together but it seemed that this slowdown is particularly hurting to them. Sad to hear of one saying that he is moving to a free blog for the time being and will constantly update it hoping that it will supplement his earnings. He hope to come back to us when the economy recovers. Best Wishes to such clients.
