8 to Infinity is again looking for new support engineers to augment our existing staff strength.   Well prima faca it is something good, but the problem is poor me have to start interviewing potential candidates again.

Our policy is very simple, we select the best staff and ensure that the conditions here allow them to stay and enrich their skills and knowledge so that they would be better person whether they are staying with us or looking for other jobs in the future.

It is proud of me to say that all our staff are long staying with an average of 6 years or more.   Hoping to get some more good staff so that we can really expand at our capacity.  Currently we are still overwhelm by orders and requests.
